Erin McCarthy
Erin McCarthy is a mindfulness teacher, MindBody coach, and philosophical counsellor who helps clients find calm and clarity in the midst of everyday life. Drawing on over 30 years of practice and her background in philosophy, her work blends reflective inquiry with practical, body-based tools.
She supports individuals in navigating stress, anxiety, and burnout, while cultivating greater self-compassion, resilience, and a steadier sense of inner ease.

Julia Miller
Julia is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, with a Master’s in Counselling Psychology and a Master’s in Aging and Health. She takes a strengths-based, person-centered, and trauma-informed approach to support clients with anxiety, chronic illness, depression, grief, life transitions, relationships, and stress. Her style is empathetic, collaborative, and holistic, integrating mind-body practices like Qigong and TRE.
